When something is heavy
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللّٰهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Lā ilāha illā Allāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahu al-mulku wa lahu al-ḥamd, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr
There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. Everything belongs to Him, all praise is His, and He is able to do anything.
A hundred times in a day. The Prophet ﷺ said it is like freeing ten slaves, and a shelter from Shayṭān until evening. · Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6403
