Uʿīdhukumā bi-kalimātillāhi al-tāmmah, min kulli shayṭānin wa hāmmah, wa min kulli ʿaynin lāmmah
I seek protection for you both in the perfect words of Allah, from every devil and poisonous creature, and from every evil eye.
What the Prophet ﷺ used to recite over his grandsons al-Ḥasan and al-Ḥusayn. · Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 3371; Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim

What you have counted
Nothing counted yet. Tap the circle above and it will be kept here.
What tasbīḥ is
Tasbīḥ is repeating short praise of Allah — subḥān Allāh, alḥamdu lillāh, Allāhu akbar — and keeping a count of it. People have used beads for centuries; the Prophet ﷺ counted on his fingers (Sunan Abī Dāwūd 1502). A counter on a phone does the same job: it holds the number so your mind can stay on the words.
What is counted after prayer
After each of the five prayers: thirty-three times subḥān Allāh, thirty-three times alḥamdu lillāh, thirty-three times Allāhu akbar, and then "lā ilāha illa-llāhu waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu wa huwa ʿalā kulli shay'in qadīr" to complete a hundred. The Prophet ﷺ said whoever says this has their wrong deeds forgiven, even if they were like the foam of the sea (Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 597). That is why 33 and 100 sit as ready targets above.
How this counter works
Tap anywhere on the big circle to add one. Set a target and it buzzes when you reach it. Counts are kept on your device, per line, with a daily and an all-time total, so nothing is lost if you close the page — and if you sign in, they follow you to your other devices. Nothing here costs anything and no account is required.
