Why Allah uses this name
Al-Saʿdī reads the as forgiveness renewed for the servant as often as he renews his repentance — which is why it appears in calls to rather than in verdicts.
Take this with you
Repeated sin is answered with repeated , not with giving up.
'So I said: Seek forgiveness of your Lord; indeed He is . He will send the sky upon you in showers' (71:10–11).
