Why Allah uses this name
Ibn Kathīr records that this was the word of in the fire and of the Prophet ﷺ and his companions when told an army had gathered against them.

Do your part, then hand the outcome over — that is , not passivity.
'Those to whom people said: The people have gathered against you, so fear them — but it increased them in faith and they said: Ḥasbunā Allāh wa niʿma (3:173).
