Why Allah uses this name
The Prophet ﷺ said that no one is more patient with an injury he hears than Allah, who is called a son by people and still grants them health and provision.
Take this with you
His patience with you is the reason you still have time. Do not spend it as though it were owed.
The Prophet ﷺ said: 'No one is more patient with harm he hears than Allah: they attribute a son to Him, yet He grants them health and provides for them.'
