Why Allah uses this name
Ibn Kathīr treats creation as the standing argument of the Qurʾān: the One who originated you is the only One with a claim on your worship, and the only One able to remake you.
Take this with you
Argue with yourself from creation: He made this once, He can do it again.
'That is Allah, your Lord; there is no god but Him, the Creator of all things — so worship Him' (6:102).
Qurʾān 6:102
