The Provider, who guarantees the provision of every creature He made.

Why Allah uses this name
Ibn Kathīr ties the name to the purpose of creation stated beside it: He created and men to worship Him and asks no provision from them — provision runs the other way.
Take this with you
Provision is His obligation to you, not your excuse away from worship.
'Indeed Allah is Ar-, the Possessor of Strength, the Firm' (51:58).
