Why Allah uses this name
Al-Saʿdī explains that His justice is complete in both command and decree; the Qurʾān denies even an atom's weight of injustice from Him.
Take this with you
You will be dealt with justly. That is a comfort where you were wronged and a warning where you wronged.
'Indeed, Allah does not wrong even as much as an atom's weight' (4:40).
Qurʾān 4:40; the name itself listed in Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3507 (the enumeration of the ninety-nine names)
