Why Allah uses this name
It appears in the duʿāʾ of those firm in knowledge in Āl ʿImrān, where the gathering is invoked as the reason to ask for a steady heart now.
Take this with you
You will stand in one gathering with everyone you ever dealt with. Deal accordingly.
'Our Lord, surely You will gather () the people for a Day about which there is no doubt' (3:9).
