Al-Ḥakam ٱلْحَكَم
The Judge: the One whose ruling settles a matter finally and justly.

Why Allah uses this name
The Qurʾān asks whether any judge besides Allah should be sought, when He is the One who sent down the Book explained in detail — the name answers a dispute, not a curiosity.
Take this with you
Take your disputes to His ruling first, and accept it when it is against you.
'Then is it other than Allah I should seek as judge (ḥakaman), while it is He who has revealed to you the Book explained in detail?' (6:114).
Qurʾān 6:114
