Said to someone who is ill
لَا بَأْسَ، طَهُورٌ إِنْ شَاءَ اللّٰهُ
Lā ba'sa, ṭahūrun in shā' Allāh
No harm; it is a cleansing, if Allah wills — meaning the illness washes away sins.

Over yourself, or over someone who is unwell
The Prophet ﷺ visited people who were ill and said short wording over them. There is also what to say when a particular place in your body hurts.

Bismillāh (3×), then: Aʿūdhu billāhi wa qudratihi min sharri mā ajidu wa uḥādhir (7×)
In the name of Allah. I take shelter in Allah and His power from the harm of what I feel and what I fear.
Put your hand where it hurts and say it. · 3× then 7× · Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 2202
One is said when visiting someone unwell. The other is said with your hand on the place that hurts, three times, then the rest seven times.
